Send it.

Whatever stage you're at — a napkin sketch, a full Revit model, or a deadline breathing down your neck — send it over. I'll read it myself and come back, usually the same week, with a fixed price and a real delivery date.

Before you write

What to send for a fast quote

You don't need all of this to reach out — even one or two lines gets us started. But the more of it I have up front, the tighter and quicker the fixed price comes back.

Missing some of it? Send what you've got. If drawings aren't ready, tell me the project type and target date and I'll scope from there — no half-answers, no guessing on your invoice.
  • a

    Your drawings or model

CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or even clear PDFs of plans and elevations. Whatever your design lives in, I can usually work from it.

  • b

    The site, if it's real

An address or a few photos of the lot. Real sun angles and real surroundings are what make a render stop looking like a diagram.

  • c

    How many views you need

One hero exterior? Three interiors and a walkthrough? A rough count lets me price per view accurately instead of round-numbering it.

  • d

    Materials & references

Spec sheets, mood images, or a note like “board-formed concrete, weathered zinc.” Named materials beat stock swatches every time.

  • e

    Your deadline

When it has to be in front of the lender, the board, or the buyer. First drafts typically land within ten days of approved plans.

Based in Delano, working with architects and developers across California and remote. Visits are by appointment so I can clear the desk and give your plans the table.
