Services & pricing · Delano, CA

Detail.

Here's everything the studio makes, and what it costs — line by line, no runaround. Pick a single view or a whole pitch kit. Whatever you choose, I quote a fixed price before I open your file, and two rounds of revisions are already in it.

The short version

First watermarked drafts land in about ten days from approved plans. You mark them up, I refine, and files ship at both print and web resolution. That's the rhythm behind every price below.

01

Exterior stills

The hero shot on your real lot — right sun angle for the address, spec-accurate cladding, cars and figures at true scale. This is usually the image that leads the deck and the listing.

02

Interior stills

Furnished rooms with honest daylight and named materials — brushed oak, matte tile, warm brass fixtures. The shot that lets a buyer picture a Tuesday morning in the space, not a diagram of it.

Animated walkthroughs

A 30–60 second flythrough with music and titles — the film that loops in the sales office and plays behind a board vote. I lock the camera path with you before a frame renders.

Virtual staging

Empty units and raw shells furnished digitally, so a bare space photographs like a finished home. Ideal for spec builds and pre-sales where the units aren't fit out yet.

Interactive 360° & VR

Spin-and-look panoramas your clients open on a phone or drop into a headset — no app, just a link you can text over. Great for planning meetings and remote stakeholders.

Exactly what lands in your inbox

What a finished job looks like

Finished renderings delivered as print crops and web files on a studio desk

No mystery folders and no low-res surprises. Every project ships the same clean way, so your marketing team, your printer, and your planning submission all get the file they actually need.

  • a

Print + web of every frame

Full-resolution masters for boards and billboards, plus sized crops for the deck and the listing site.

  • b

    Watermarked drafts to mark up

You review low-stakes drafts first and scribble on them — moving a wall now costs nothing.

  • c

    A named-material sheet

So the render matches the spec: the oak, the concrete finish, the zinc — all called out, not guessed.

  • d

    Your files stay yours

Full usage for the project, and I never share your plans or drawings outside the studio.

Extras, priced up front

Bolt-ons that never surprise the invoice

$150 / round

Extra revision round

Two are already in every quote. Need a third or fourth pass? It's a flat $150 each, agreed before I touch it.

+30%

Rush turnaround

Board meeting Friday and it's Tuesday? I'll jump the queue and compress the schedule for a 30% priority fee.

$325 / frame

Twilight variant

The same view rendered at dusk with warm lit interiors — the shot that makes a building feel alive.

From $650 / angle

Additional camera angle

Once a scene is built, a second or third viewpoint of it comes cheaper than starting fresh.

$480 / scene

Aerial context

A drone-height view dropping your project onto the real streets and rooftops around the Delano lot.

Before you send the file

The questions I get most

What do you need from me to start?
Your CAD, Revit, or SketchUp files and a few reference photos of the site. If a material or a dimension is missing, I'll flag it before I quote rather than guess and bill you for a redo.
How long does a project take?
First watermarked drafts usually land about ten days after I have approved plans. Walkthroughs and full packages run longer, and I'll give you a real delivery date with the quote — not a hopeful one.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. I quote a whole number before I open your file, and two revision rounds are already inside it. Extras like rush turnaround or a third revision round are priced up front too, so nothing lands on the invoice you didn't agree to.
Can we work together if I'm not in Delano?
Most of my work is remote. I'm based at 420 El Camino Dr in Delano and serve architects and developers across California and beyond — everything moves over email and shared links, and I'm reachable by phone Monday through Friday.
Who owns the final images?
You get full usage of the finished renders for your project. Your plans and drawings stay confidential — I never pass them to anyone outside the studio.
